Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds or transfers must be in writing and include reason for cancellation. All cancellation requests will be subject to the following administrative fee:

| From 12/18/09 to 1/21/10: | $50.00 |
| After 1/21/10: | No refunds or substitutions will be made |
