Why exhibit at The Guiding Lights Weekend?
What does it cost?
$150 for a full table. $100 for a half-table.* In addition, each exhibitor must register as an attendee for The Weekend and pay a registration fee.
*New this year: 1/2 Tables are now available. If your display will fit on a 4' x 2.5' table space, you can cut costs and share a table!
How do I reserve my table?
During your online registration process you’ll have the opportunity to add an Exhibit Table to your registration. We’ll be in touch to confirm your details after we receive your exhibitor registration and payment.
What will I get?
One (1) 8' x 2.5' table (or a half-table), a table linen and a chair. If you request electricity, we will place your table within 30 feet of an electrical outlet. We do not provide pipe and drape, signs, extension cords or internet connections. The wall behind your booth is not available for hanging banners or signs; bring your own free-standing signs & displays, and you may drape your banner over the table.
Can I make a display LARGER than one table?
Yes. Fee will be $150 per 8' table. Contact us so we can help get your space prepared
Where will Mentoring Fair tables be located?
In the Fisher Pavilion, where all full-group activities, plenary sessions, meals and breaks for networking will occur.
What will make my table a big success?
A live human being should be available at the table for conversations during all check-in times, break times, and meals. A fun, quick, hands-on activity, a quick interactive game or an appealing take-away item for visitors makes a big difference too.
Can I sell stuff at my table?
If you have books or small items to offer, our conference bookstore (managed by University Bookstore) would be happy to sell them on consignment! Contact Alex at guidinglightsnetwork dot com to arrange bookstore sales.
You may sell your own goods from your table, with prior approval. Please speak to us about your plans first. Any item offered for sale must support The Weekend’s core purpose of "Closing the Opportunity Gap." Also, all sales of items on Seattle Center grounds owe 10% of sales to the City of Seattle. As the seller you will take full responsibility for tracking and fulfilling this obligation.
